We stand behind the quality of our creative space organization services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to make it right. Your happiness with your organized creative space is our priority.
Return Period
For physical products included in our organization packages:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible for a refund
- For services, cancellation and refund policies vary by service type as outlined below
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the cost of return shipping
- Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Free Shipping Items: Original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return period with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include the RA number and original invoice in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return after shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made items designed specifically for your space
- Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards and promotional items
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including:
- European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts
- Irish consumer protection legislation
- Distance selling regulations
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you have additional legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled before processing begins
- During Processing: Once processing has started, cancellation may be subject to fees based on work completed
- After Shipment: Cancelled orders that have already shipped will be treated as returns
- Digital Services: Cancellation rights for digital services are subject to specific terms outlined in your service agreement
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees.
Service Consultation Refunds
If you cancel a consultation appointment:
- More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund of consultation fees
- 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund of consultation fees
- Less than 24 hours: No refund, but we can reschedule once at no additional charge
Service Package Refunds
For our organization service packages:
- You may cancel before work begins for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee
- Once design work has started, refunds will be calculated based on work completed
- If you are dissatisfied with the final result, we will revise the design at no additional cost
- After two revision rounds, if you remain unsatisfied, you may receive a partial refund based on the extent of services provided
Workshop and Event Refunds
For workshops and events:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to cancel events due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be issued
Physical Products
If your organization package includes physical storage products or furniture:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition
- Custom-made items designed specifically for your space are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days to discuss your concerns and process your refund if applicable.
Refund Procedure
Our refund process follows these steps:
- Return Receipt: Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email
- Inspection: We inspect the returned item to ensure it meets return conditions (typically 2-3 business days)
- Approval: If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Credit Posting: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your financial institution to post the credit
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Refund amounts will be:
- Equal to the purchase price for items returned in original condition
- Reduced by any applicable restocking fees or original shipping costs
- Processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Issued in the same currency as the original transaction
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Exceptions
This policy does not cover:
- Services affected by circumstances beyond our control
- Delays caused by client unavailability or lack of required information
- Changes to the project scope after agreement has been reached
